Compensation and Benefit Officer
Job Summary :
Analyze, review and administer employee compensation and benefit policies and government regulations to ensure that the policies are current, competitive and in compliance with legal requirements, develop recommendations for improvement of organization’s personnel policies and practices.
Qualification :
* S1 with at least 2 years experience
* Fluent in both oral and written English
* Computer literate, especially with Windows based applications
* Has strong and mature personality, with high integrity level
* Knowledgeable in Indonesian Labor Law and regulations, Jamsostek and Pph 21
* Knowledgeable in Payroll system, Compensation & Remuneration, Budgeting
